Receptionist cum Admin


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
  • Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
  • Attend to visitors- serve drinks
  • Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Update all workers’ attendance record

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Infotech system is a plus
  • Able to start work with short notice/immediately
  • English language is a MUST

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
