Job Responsibilities:
- Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
- Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
- Attend to visitors- serve drinks
- Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
- Update all workers’ attendance record
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Infotech system is a plus
- Able to start work with short notice/immediately
- English language is a MUST
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
