For our sales office in Dubai ( Jebel Ali) we are currently looking for
Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator Export / Import (Chemicals) - FEMALE only.
As Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator your responsibilities are:
- Facilitates the distribution requirements planning process to insure timely and accurate product delivery. Daily tracking of customer orders.
- Key contact for group supply companies for all overseas logistics issues (import and export), resolving customers complaints and to implement corrective actions.
- Facilitates the entire import/export process to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate inventory movements, which includes shipment coordination, import/export documents, Customs clearance, duty rate application, and internal communication.
- Manage logistics from supplier through to the customer. Process documentation for import, export and domestic shipments. Communicate with transport companies on order status.
- Select vendors and negotiate competitive pricing for logistics services, Price benchmarking assignments for transport and warehouse costs.
For this position you will need to have the following skills (mandatory):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistic (export), chemicals distribution or trading operation will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of understanding of domestic and international rules and regulations that govern the shipments of chemicals.
- This position requires someone that is highly organized, communicates information professionally and follows up in a clear and timely manner.
- Ability to multi task. Positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude, proactive, responsible, results driven, problem/solution oriented, flexible to the needs of the business.
- The individual must have excellent attention to detail, analytical and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- SAP knowledge and proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel.
- Place of residence in the UAE, valid UAE driver’s license.
